Elite Power Cleaning - Cancellation Policy

At Elite Power Cleaning, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules might need adjustments. To ensure we continue providing exceptional service to all our valued clients, please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:
🗓 Cancellations or Reschedules:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may need our services.
For clients receiving regular services, any rescheduling outside of your established cleaning cycle will incur a $25 fee for each missed appointment. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to provide consistent and exceptional service to all our valued clients.
💳 Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 fee to cover the time and resources reserved for you.
🚫 Missed Appointments (No-Shows):
In the event of a no-show, 25% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
